I. General provisions.

2. When utilizing the services of "Bono Georgia" LLC, the personal data collected by the company is processed  in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Personal Data Protection".
3. By registering in the Bono application system, you confirm that you have acquainted yourself with this personal data protection policy, that its terms are clear and understandable to you, and you agree to it.
4. Each employee and outsourcing service provider of "Bono Georgia" LLC, who has access to personal data, is obliged to protect their confidentiality even after termination of employment or contractual relationship.
5. In accordance with the applicable legal requirements, "Bono Georgia" LLC ensures the confidentiality of personal data and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, accidental loss, change, destruction or other illegal actions.

2. For the purpose mentioned in the first paragraph, the following data are processed: name, surname, date of birth, personal ID, mobile number. The mentioned personal data are collected and processed for Bono Georgia LLC in accordance with the law and to fulfill the obligations imposed.
3. Data storage period: The term of data storage is defined by the Georgian legislation and is 15 years.
4. Legal basis: If you wish to use the services of "Bono Georgia" LLC, in this case it is mandatory to provide registration data to the company. In case of refusal to provide data, the user will not be able to register in the application and therefore will not be able to fully use the services of the Bono application.

8. Personal data collected for statistical purposes may be processed for statistical analysis. For this purpose, the data will be processed in such a way that it is possible to identify the relevant subjects of the data using it within the framework of statistical analysis.
9. Collection of personal data for the purpose of performing statistical analysis based on activity analysis in order to improve and develop the services of the Bono app.
10. The data determined by this policy are stored in the software of "Bono Georgia" LLC.
11. The user has the right to obtain information regarding whether "Bono Georgia" LLC processes their personal data. In case the user's personal data is incorrect, incomplete, or altered, they reserve the right to request correction from "Bono Georgia" LLC.
